Strategic IT Leadership and Project Management Services
Fees:
- Initial Investment: $3,500 (non-refundable deposit)
- Project Initiation: $1,750 (50% Deposit)
- Monthly Retainer: $3,500 (billed monthly, subject to adjustment based on final agreed scope)
- Expenses: Travel, lodging, defined resources and costs related to project will be billed separately.
Monthly Invoice: The monthly invoice will include any balance of initial payment, monthly retainer, and all applicable expenses.

- Project Management: Oversee and manage projects to ensure timely, budget-conscious completion.
Engagement Process:
- Initial Assessment: A 30-day collaboration to assess your needs, identify goals, and develop a strategic 3+ month roadmap.
- Implementation: Implement agreed-upon goals and strategies, considering realistic timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Accountability and Adjustments: Establish benchmarks to measure progress and adjust plans as needed.
Redefining Expectations: If necessary, we can reassess and redefine expectations to ensure alignment with the strategic roadmap.
